hey wassup, soram is here. one of the reasons i've built this website is cos i don't wanna pay the money linktree asks for basic analytics
long story short, my purpose is to understand how 'discoverable' my music is. so when a user goes to the website i wanna see where they came from and what streaming service they used.
i save and store:
- tech data for traffic analysis (geo location, ip address, timestamps)
i don't store:
- accounts, contact details
the stuff i put to your browser:
- a few cookies if u came through QR or a link tailored for promotion handled by me. you can easily nuke these cookies if you're not cool with that, or it will be dropped when you finish your browsing session
i have no intention to:
- sell the data i store to anyone who might have a 'deal' for me
- use it for personalised ads and stuff
the only goal is to understand what helps my music get found and heard, i hope it's not that big deal. cheers!
